General

  • A fully remote Staffing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operates similarly to a traditional staffing BPO, but with the distinction that all operations are conducted remotely. This means that employees of the staffing BPO, as well as the candidates they source and the clients they serve, work from different locations, often from their own homes.

Recruitment

  • We believe in automating as much as we can and we have automated this step in the process therefore will receive the invite to your interviews by email. Please read them carefully as they have crucial information that can be detrimental to your application.

  • You can send an email to schedulingteam@accodal.com. A representative from our recruitment team will get to your inquiry as soon as possible.

  • After passing our paper screening you will receive a questionnaire in your email that should be completed before the initial interview. Other assessments will be administered by our recruitment team if needed, before proceeding to the final interview with the client.

  • The qualifications would depend on the job description, and the documents would be the typical pre-employment requirements that you submit upon signing the job offer.

Human resources

  • Accodal PH believes that engaged employees perform best. To support this, we design effective virtual employee engagement programs to keep our remote employees aligned and synchronized to help strengthen team connections and maximize productivity.

  • Performance evaluation is a pivotal part of employee engagement. This allows us to identify areas in which employees need improvement and design developmental programs to help them achieve their goals for their future development. We conduct performance evaluations with transparency and precise communication. Employees have their scheduled 1 on 1 check-in on their 3rd and 5th months during the probationary stage. And on their work anniversaries for the tenured employees.

  • Our remote employees follow all regular and special non-working holidays.

  • Our payouts are given Bi-monthly on the 10th and 25th day of the month

Technical Requirements & Support

  • Our employees can reach out to our IT support by sending a ticket to support@accodal.com if they have any technical issues. They currently are online during regular working hours in the Philippines.

  • We will provide all the software and hardware you will need to perform the task assigned to you. Regarding your workspace requirements, it is required that you have a quiet workspace where your home WIFI can still reach you.

  • The initial established workspace will be at the location that your equipment is delivered to upon your hiring. Due to security reasons, temporary or permanent changes in work locations will require the approval of the Accodal PH team and will typically only be allowed due to major issues (such as ongoing power outages or problems with the internet) or a change in residence.

  • The minimum internet speed required for download is 25mbps and 15mbps for upload
